I know it has been so long since I have made contat with anybody on here but that is only because I have been so busy and I can contact so many of you with so little time. But now I am on spring vacation and I have some free time. Anyway about my trip. I left for Los Angeles February 26. I was definitely nervous going out there all by myself and my mom was scared but i think i handled myself out there pretty well. I arrived at LAX around 2:45 and got to my hotel around 3:30. I got settled and did a little shopping in El Segundo.

On Friday was the actual photo shoot. I did not realize how close the BC Footwear/Seychelles Office was. As I arrived I met Elaine. She was so sweet and she showed me videos of BC Footwear and Seychelles. She talked about the style of each brand and what age group it appeals to more. As I went into both show rooms I found myself split down the middle for each brand. Both brands i felt had two different sides of representation and what type of occasion you could wear the shoes to. I was in shoe heaven. I do not like sticking to one style so the variety of styles they had appealed to me. After that, we went upstairs where I was introduced to everybody. Their office was open and friendly. I accidently got mistaken for replacing someone at the office. We all laughed at that when we talked about it later in the evening.

It was time to leave around 10:30ish to go to Silverlake/Echo Park area. I rode in the car with Elaine and Kitty who worked for BC but also does some modeling for them. We arrived at the location and I met Jessica who is the graphic designer/photographer for BC, Yana (Hair Stylist), Kelsey (Makeup Artist), and Adria the stylist. I was so greatful to be working with all of them. They were super nice and did a great job.

I am a size 8 shoe and I had to squeeze my feet into a size 6! I thought it was funny and I thought I was a trooper. I can not wait til everyone sees the fall catalog! I shot some shots with Kitty. It was so much fun. After the photo shoot we went for a light lunch, shopped, and then went out for dinner. For lunch I tried Pho for the first time and I loved it. I also was so suprised by the shoes I got because I fell in love with them. Thank You so much BC Footwear for this opportunity!
