I'm taking a class at a local academy (LCB; Lake Charles Boston Academy) for three hours. It's a television production class, a.k.a. TVP, and my teacher is Pam Dixon.. my parish's ex-news anchor. So for our first project, we had to make a parody on a classic. I chose "The Dark Knight".. you can't go wrong with Batman! So, since it's a parody, I named mine "The Dark Gnat." It's the same as Batman, but he's now Gnatman and I just made fun of different things. IMPORTANT: I used family, not real actors, so keep that in mind!!!! Okay, so let me know how you like it, and keep checking back for more updates!

Now, for the footage, I had to record it on the tv from my camera phone, that's why it looks the way it looks. I'm sure to have the whole movie, great contrast and all, up by October 10th!

*Tonight is the premiere of "The Dark Gnat." Wish me luck!!

*Okay, so I just got back from the "premiere" and it went great! It showed at 6:30 and again at 7:15. Thanks to everyone who went and supported me! I might be on KPLC tonight, so tune in. Also, I want to thank everyone who was in it. I couldn't have done it without yall! I'm probably going to have the whole movie up soon, so keep looking for new updates and I'll post them in bulletins so look out! I also might be posting up some more projects that I do for tvp, but not anytime soon. But just keep checking back and let me know what you think when I put it up! Thanks again!

UPDATE! 9/28/08
*I finished editing "The Dark Gnat" tonight. I went in to edit at 2:15 and didn't get home until about 8:15. Yeah, it took me six hours to edit a three minute video!
Oh well, hopefully it pays off!*
